Noah’s utility function is: u (x, y) = x + 2y The price of y is py, the price of x is px, and Noah’s income is m. Note that Noah’s indifference curves are not strictly convex. We will use a different method to derive Noah’s demand. Show that Noah always choose to spend all his money.
