A 0.85 kg block is sitting on top of a compressed spring that is placed with its axis in the vertical direction. Assume that 63 J of elastic potential energy are stored in the compressed spring and then the spring is released.

If the spring is 86 percent efficient in transforming the elastic potential energy into gravitational potential energy of the block, how high will the block rise vertically?
